Units on lower level. Had CLEAN a TV, coffee and tea making equipment, and a storage space. Good location close to the activities we had planned and exceptionally nice staff.

The breakfast is served in the restaurant! Guests have all their needs satisfied by the helpful and attentive staff. The location is central, close enough to NEAR SHOPS as well as downtown. And it's by Saco River.

The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. They strove to ensure that we were having no problems. They even directed us to a few good restaurants from breakfast in the morning. The location of the hotel is also really nice because it is close to town.

We just had a fantastic time! The pool was amazing, and it's super dog-friendly, a lifesaver for our furry friend. The spacious room felt fresh and clean, making for a great stay!

Check-in was smooth, and I loved the comfortable King Room with the clean vibes. The outdoor swimming pool and BBQ facilities were perfect for unwinding after a long day. The only small downside was the hotel could use a little bit of sprucing up, but it didn't take away from my stay at all 🌞

Very clean room! Pleasant staff.
The room was sparce! No phone, only one chair, pedestal sink with no place to put toiletries. Bare minimum for towels, and toilet paper best used in a wood shop.

I liked the location.No matter where you stay there to see everything you need to travel thru the whole town. I found the motel comfortable-- bed good--air conditioning--pool available and drive up parking. The room provided us with just enough as we were travelling for a short 3 night stay there--some shopping--golf which was great----and we planned on eating out.So we were gone most of each day.
Nothing.It was great for us and what we wanted.

pleasant stay with minor issues
The room was very clean, excellent. The ample towels provided were appreciated! The fridge had a freezer compartment, a nice touch who want to keep items frozen. The mountain view added to our experience!
The location was a bit far from several attractions.
